Originally from Australia, Andrew has been working at Sail Croatia for nearly 2 years. His home town is Sydney but he has worked in number of places including Australian ski resorts and a stint at Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays. He is a born enthusiastic with a wealth of experience in organising yacht charter holidays

Vlado Kosovic has worked for Sail Croatia since winter 2006. At 60+ is still very active in his local 5 a side team and in the 1960's founded and organised the Postal workers Olympics approved by president Tito, with events such as the speedwalking marathon (in full uniform). Vlado is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and is always charming to work with. He is affectionately known by as the "Sean Connery" of the Sail Croatia team. He is responsible for sorting all our airport and hotel transfers so look out for him at the airport.
