Croatia is home to some of the most beautiful cities in the world.  Steeped in history, it's cities hold an eclectic mix of Greek, Roman, French and Venetian architecture. Dubrovnik
Dating back to the 13th centaury and listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, Dubrovnik is famous for its culture and history.  The old city is a labyrinth of streets, opulent places, ancient monasteries, galleries and shops. Its home to Europe's first pharmacy and the ares remains virtually unchanged since its completion in the 13th century. Split
Contemporary, modern and cosmopolitan, its streets are lined with smart cafes and bars and Riva, the main promenade is an ideal place to start the evening.  Behind the gloss Split is still wealth of history and culture such as Diocletian's Palace, a 30,000 square meter shell, which was built in the 4th centaury by Roman Emperor Diocletian as his retirement home. The maze of narrow passages is now home to shops, restaurants and bars - a great place for a bar crawl with a difference!

Zagreb
Perfect for these looking for a city break, Zagreb is small enough for you to find your bearings quickly and explore on foot but is packed with things to see and do.  The city is divided into two distinct sectors - the Lower Town with its broad avenues, central parks designed in a grid pattern and the older Upper Town with its maze of narrow cobbled streets, beautiful churches and lovely views.  Don't miss the twin towered cathedral and the colourful church of St Mark's.
